SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy
More than a month after the release of the latest IPCC report, the goal still feels hard to reach, and companies and governments seem to struggle to reduce their CO2 emissions.
And yet, a revolution is happening right under our eyes: according to the International Energy Agency (IEA), the world’s renewable energy industry grew at its fastest pace since 1999 last year and may have established a standard for growth in the future.
From internal operations to business model integration: What is the role of businesses in the transition to renewable energy? What is at stake for the private sector? Does choosing renewable energy necessarily mean paying a higher price? Is affordable and clean energy for all achievable by 2030?
Building on this momentum, we seize the opportunity to host a 2-part live panel discussion with B Corps working at the forefront of the SDG7 “Affordable & Clean Energy”.
